need more sleep?

So much going on, I feel like I need to start planning nap time during my days. I am exhausted. Thinking of the ways I like to recharge, it's certainly time to take advantage of a few of these:

hiking in the woods
breathing in the salty air at the beach
taking pictures
listening to nostalgic music
sitting outside listening to the sounds
making some jewelry
going to a comedy show
viewing some art
cuddling

What do you do to recharge your internal batteries?

Sounds lovely! Hope you've been able to get some of these in. I love restorative yoga and baths for recharging, too. So glad to connect with you over at Curvy Magazine!
